Boo, The Snowman, & The Horse

Things that have been happening at our house this week:

1.) Boo and Nicholas had a cuddle without either one ending up squashed, scratched, or crying!

2.) Nicholas built his first snowman and loved him so much that he cried when we went inside for lunch.

3). Nicholas discovered a new artistic medium! He loves pennies so I gave him a jar of misc. coins to play with. He carefully placed coin next to coin - each barely touching - and created this cool design. He said he was making a horse. He had a blast running around the design and jumping over the coins when he was finished; never once knocking a coin out of place. When he got tired of that game, he went through, on hands and knees, and wiped the whole thing away.

Grandma sees a family resemblence in the snowman! I didn't know Nicholas had a twin brother.

Give the artist a hug for us and tell him how much we enjoyed seeing his art work.

One more comment.
THE HUG
That must have been a very quiet moment for Boo and Nicholas. Maybe for Mom too!

Yes, it was a very rare, quiet moment. Boo hugs usually involve a lot of squishing.

Jen -

Great pictures . . . in fact, I would very much like to paint the one of Nicholas and Boo, with your permission, of course. Would you e-mail me a copy?
